Special Terms
All goods sold by GOODIES are brand new and are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards and skilled technique by craftsmanship. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrierimmediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong goods or missing goods, should be reported to GOODIES within 24 hours. All packages will be shipped as soon as possible. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from GOODIES acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.
GOODIES Return Merchandise Authorization (GRMA) Policy

All order changes should be reported prior to shipping by email at service@goodies-japan.co.jp and the same must be accepted by GOODIES.

If GOODIES worngly shipped the goods discrepant from what you ordered, such goods are returned and replaced by the same products. However, if such goods are manufactured to skilled craftsmanship, they will be replaced by the alternate or similar products as a nature of the products.

All returned goods may be subject to quality for merchandise.
Defective return does not include returns for incompatibility.
GOODIES reserves the right to replace defective goods or to issue a refund if GOODIES sees more fit.
All refunds will be maximum of the original value of goods or the current market price, whichever is less.
There will be no refund for shipping under any circumstances.

All returns require prior authorization and must be returned in the original packing with all accessories, documentation including a copy of original purchase invoice. To request a GOODIES Return Merchandise Authorization, send an email and obtain an GRMA number, and clearly write the number on the invoice copy enclosed with the returned merchandise and on the packing from outside. Please keep the GRMA number and reference it when calling or emailing to check on the status of your return. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused and will be returned to you.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover conditions resulting from consumer mishandling such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration.
Limits and Exclusions
There are no expressed or implied warranties except as listed above. GOODIES shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use from goods, or any other losses, or claimsof any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use goods or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.
Back-order Policy
If you order an out-of-stock goods from us, we will email you when we expect that product to beavailable. You will be among the first to receive the item. GOODIES will not charge you for back-ordered items until we ship your order. No additional shipping and handling charges will be added when your order ships.
